Module 1 describes the intent of this course and the outcomes you can expect. It also invites you to establish the right mindset for the course. Finally, it allows you to connect with a learning partner, and establish your schedule for completing this course.
ESTIMATED TIME: We recommend setting aside 1.5 - 2 hours over one week for this module, including your time with a learning partner.
In this module, you'll spend some solo time doing a self-assessment, watching a video and reflecting on the course. Then you'll meet with your learning partner.  Your supervisor may also gather you and your team to launch the course!
